5. Green smoothie to jump start your morning

1 1/2 cups coconut water

2 cups organic spinach or chard

Juice of 1 organic lemon

2 inches fresh, peeled ginger

1 sliced apple

1 Tbs. chia seeds

1 Tbs. stevia or raw honey

Put all ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth and eat immediately.
